Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives at your designated address.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order, and items must be shipped back within 7 days of the return request. Please note that certain items, such as beauty products, are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Trendsetter Express only ships within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future, but additional fees, including customs and import duties, may apply.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping for orders under 5lbs from both US and overseas locations. For orders over 5lbs, a shipping fee of $9.99 applies. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days for orders shipped from US warehouses and 7-10 business days for orders shipped from overseas locations.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
