Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping from US locations (3-7 business days): FREE for Orders under 5lbs.
  • Standard Shipping from Overseas locations (7-10 business days): FREE for Orders under 5lbs.
  • Standard Shipping from US locations (3-7 business days): $9.99 for Orders over 5lbs.
  • Standard Shipping from Overseas locations (7-10 business days): $9.99 for Orders over 5lbs.
  • International Shipping Unavailable at this Time (additional fees may apply)

Delivery Estimates

  • Orders are processed and dispatched from our various dropshipping locations within 1-4 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Methods

  • We use a network of multiple dropshipping locations, which allows us to:
    - Ship orders from the location closest to you, reducing delivery times.
    - Offer a wider range of products without holding excess inventory.
  • We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, ePacket, and DHL Express for domestic and international shipping.
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Dropshipping Locations

  • We have partnered with suppliers in various locations, including the USA, China, Europe.
  • Orders will be shipped from the location that offers the fastest delivery time to your area.

Free Shipping

  • Free economy shipping on all orders under 5lbs. (continental United States only).

Return Policy

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
  • To start a return, contact us at customersupport@trendsetterexpress.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

International Shipping

  • We currently ONLY ship to the United States.
  • In the event that we expand and International orders take place in the future, they may incur additional fees, including customs and import duties.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched from our dropshipping locations within 1-4 business days.
