Shipping Locations
Currently, Trendsetter Express ships only within the United States. Products may be shipped from the U.S., China, or Europe.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

• Products shipped from the U.S.: 3–7 business days
• Products shipped from China or Europe: 7–10 business days

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders weighing 5 pounds and under.
  
• Orders weighing over 5 pounds will incur a $9.99 shipping fee. 

Tracking

• All orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delays & Issues

• Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at customersupport@trendsetterexpress.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
